When my kids were little we spent many hours here and it's great that my grandson and little nieces and nephews also enjoy coming here. Lots to do even on a budget. Plenty of food options. It's good for a rainy day, if you can get from the car and inside without getting wet

Played some black jack the dealers are friendly. Overall just not a nice atmosphere and everyone miserable

That's a shame because I would have had come back with my friends but after that I was so upset that I promise myself not to go anymore

I accept that there's a lot of construction around and it must be impossible to keep them clean, but they really shouldn't be charging Em excesso for a view when it doesn't exist. I also had quite a few problems with the TV giving error messages and being extremely slow. The bed was comfy though and I slept well; there was pelo noise. If you're looking just for a room to sleep in for the night and you can get it cheaply, I'd recommend the Hyatt; unfortunately though you don't get much more than that. I don't think I'll be staying again.

I've stayed in this hotel on a few occasions. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bedrooms are beautiful with floor to ceiling

Nice hotel and spa however, lamp was broken in the room on arrival and did not work. This wasn’t much of an issue as we used the wall lights and the tv. The hotel is in a nice location,there is plenty to do around there and the spa is nice just a shame we were unable to use the steam room as it was 11am and wasn’t ready at that time.

Staff were friendly and greeted me on arrival. The doors were super secure and gave both a feeling of safety and unnerved you a little at the same time.

But I can honestly say this is one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel. The cooked breakfast was hot, tasty and quality. And the selection available was great (even crumpets!). Good coffee too (and available 24 hours a day).

I have pelo complaints. Everything was beautiful clean. I would go back again we were there his Mother and I for my Grandson. He was having a Basketball Tournament and yes, I would go back there again.

Also we forgot a laptop charger and called to see if we can go collect it ,and Newcastle casino the lady who answered said she will return the call in 10 minutes but it turned to be the opposite,she didn’t even call back for feedback if they had found it or not .
